What happens when you request deletion
1. This is a permanent decision
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Your check-ins, reflections, patterns, and any other data connected to your account will be permanently removed and will not be recoverable.
2. We confirm first
Submitting this form sends a request to our team. We will review it and reach out to you to confirm before anything is permanently deleted. This helps prevent accidental or unauthorized deletions.
3. What gets deleted
Upon confirmation, your profile, reflection history, usage data, and personal information associated with your account will be removed from our systems. Copies held in backups will be purged on their next scheduled rotation.
4. What we keep
Where required by law or for legitimate security and fraud-prevention purposes, minimal records may be retained in a de-identified form. This is never used to rebuild your profile.
5. Changed your mind?
No problem at all. You can cancel your request by replying to the confirmation email our team sends you, or by contacting us at info@reviel.app before the deletion is finalized.
